These Terms govern your use of the mobile game FPV War: Kamikaze Drone (the “Game”) and the website fpvwarkamikazedrone.com (the “Site”), both operated by Baked Pixel (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Game on devices you own or control, for personal non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not transfer ownership of the Game or any part of it.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Game, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- modify the Game, use cheats, automation tools, emulated clicks or other software that alters gameplay;
- generate artificial installs, ad impressions or ad clicks, or otherwise engage in fraudulent traffic;
- redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Game;
- use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable export controls.
3. Fictional content
The Game is a work of fiction. All vehicles, locations, missions and scenarios are imaginary and are provided solely for entertainment. The Game does not depict real events, real people or real conflicts, does not provide instruction in the operation of real equipment, and does not promote or endorse violence.
4. Advertising and virtual items
The Game is provided free of charge and is funded by advertising. Where in-app purchases are offered, they are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms. Virtual items and in-game currency have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the Game. Refund requests are handled by the relevant app store according to that store’s policy.
5. Availability and updates
We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Game or any of its features at any time. We may also stop supporting particular devices or operating system versions. We are not liable for any loss of progress or virtual items resulting from such changes, device failure or uninstallation.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the Game and on the Site — including code, artwork, models, audio, text and trademarks — is owned by Baked Pixel or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may capture and publish gameplay footage, including monetised video content, provided you do not claim ownership of the Game itself.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these Terms, in particular where fraudulent advertising traffic or cheating is detected. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Game.
10. Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to conflict of law rules. Consumers retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
